At competition training, we use a combination of speed, agility and bodyweight fitness training with pad work and sparring to help you improve in all aspects of your free sparring. It’s excellent for enhancing your fitness, mobility and flexibility too!

Competitions are a fun and exhilarating aspect to Tae Kwon-Do that often refines skills and heightens focus in ways that are unmatched by other means of training.

Training emphasises speed, agility, timing, and accuracy with increasingly intricate techniques combined with smooth, efficient footwork.

Competition training usually runs for 3 – 4 weeks before a competition and costs £6 per session.
